We wanted to extend B&C’s unique in-store experience to digital but their online platform wasn’t spreading the right message. arfy created a real, seamless website that can also easily lead to a full omnichannel experience. This way, the end user can choose its preferred channel and be treated as expected. To achieve this, B&C embarked on a data-focused, 12 months road to massive ROI.
